(Click image to enlarge)Almost there. This is my penultimate EDIM. The pen drawing here is a little sloppy, but I'm trying to pick up my speed a little. I'd like to get to the point where I can create a credible pen sketch in an hour or so, and not have to take 3 hours for it to look decent.
I'm also enjoying getting back to the watercolors again. It's funny though; I feel the need to have the structure of a pen drawing or a pretty well established pencil drawing to hang the color on. I should try working from a very light, rough pencil sketch or even straight into watercolor.

I'm not sure why it's called '100 First' when it's actually at 524 Mission, but there is a great little garden park up top. Very pleasant spot for sketching.
I have to figure out posting images and locations from my iPhone, but when it comes down to it, I'd rather spend the little time I have out of doors sketching.
